bought glass bowl for oil and ink
bought cellophane and other props.
Talked to Mike Rollo, offered me a pink phone. I promised to return it with mp3 attached.

Coffee session, an hour with Jingyi.
Lint script, wrote lots. 

Day 32 (Feb 1)

Brought 1956 tv to Roland and determined that there was coaxial cable problem. Broken vertical hold knob can be turned by an eraser at end of pencil. Got it working.
Studio visit with Elizabeth, Chrystine, and Ken. All in hallway. Phone, Tv, stereoscopic images, Canister stuff including doll, operation, and helmet. Lots of puppets.

Met with Caligari Board, fun meeting.

Re-scanned all of Caligari 3D negatives and edited them into stereo cards. Printed 40 of them at Walmart. Misprint at first as you need to zoom out on each one manually. They printed them a second time for free.
Put telephone together, just taped the wires on.
Bought connecter for tv, connected it to dvd player. Got sound but no picture.

At Cathedral Fest art and food thing, bought very old tv for $40 for Canister
Did some woodworking.
Spent most of day struggling with scanner. At 1 am finally found out how to let it show the preview which then allows you to select areas to scan manually.

Shot more super-8: William in bed not wanting to be woken.
He pushes at the lens (this should be avoided, it hurts the eye), but reminds me to find similar shots of him putting lens cap on from earlier films.
Read essay from Amateur Filmmaking book.
Sorted files in basement and found 4 inch stack of artwork and notes from animated films from 80s, primarily "My Idea", "Parable", and "Dr. Watermellon". Also found scripts from numerous unmade projects from 80s. I wanted to transcribe one of them into a "GoAnimate" piece but my subscription is said to have expired and the program is no longer free. I looked into another couple programs but they didn't seem suitable.
